MMA Comments for the Week
|
|
Financial Astrology worked with precise accuracy last week in several financial markets around the world. Almost all stock indices continued their decline off highs that were realized November 4-5, when the first of the five Saturn-Uranus oppositions took place. Those declines found an important bottom on Thursday, November 13, day of the full moon. Many then commenced a very sharp rally later that day and into Friday, before starting to pull back again.
The geocosmic significance of Thursday, November 13, was discussed in last week’s report as follows: “In addition to all the Uranus signatures in effect late October through November 10, we will have another interesting geocosmic period coming up in the next few sessions. These surround the full moon of November 13. On the day before, geocentric Venus will change signs, from Sagittarius to Capricorn. On November 13, heliocentric Venus will change signs, from Aquarius to Pisces. On November 14, heliocentric Mercury changes from Libra to Scorpio. And on Sunday, November 16, geocentric Mars moves from Scorpio to Sagittarius. So many planets changing signs in such a short period of time suggests a change in investor sentiment. The fact that a full moon happens November 13 means that a change trend (short-term) could happen within one day of this Thursday. If a financial or commodity market decline into a low then, an impressive rally may follow.”

THE CARDINAL CLIMAX: 2008-2012
WE ARE HERE
A Review of Past Forecast Book Quotes
As of September 2008, the U.S. and world banking system has officially entered a state of crisis. This economic and banking crisis will likely bring about the end of an era, and lead to an immense transformation of not just the banking and financial community, but almost every aspect of the human experience (political, social, cultural, etc).
Astrologers throughout time have often been asked: “Did you predict this?” In current times, these same questions come from an uneducated, uninformed, and misinformed society that places astrologers incorrectly into the gamut of entertainment and fortune-telling. The fact is that Astrology is a very complex and serious study that takes years to understand and an uncanny judgment in order to apply to current times. When done correctly, Astrology becomes a very valuable tool for society in understanding the times we are living in, and forecasting the future times ahead. Please notice that I use the word “forecasting,” not “prediction.” That is because in its proper use, Astrology is a forecasting tool. It outlines the likely conditions ahead, not the inevitable outcome, as a prediction would. True astrologers understand that the outcome of anything must involve choice, and choice is an aspect of free will. Astrology, and the Astrologer, is thus a “choice revealer,” not a “choice maker.”
But in answer to the question, “Did anyone in Astrology forecast (predict) the current banking and economic crisis?” … the answer is yes, probably many astrologers forecasted this period of crisis. Many astrologers could have forecasted this period as being critical to Humanity in many ways, by simply looking at an ephemeris of the planetary signatures that were to be in effect 2008-2012, and even into 2015.
Keep in mind that each of these Forecasts Books are written in October-November of the year before. For instance, the quotes for Forecasts For 1995 were written in October-November 1994. Each year’s Forecast Book is written in the months before the year begin. Each book is then printed on December 1 of the year before it applies, and sent out to purchasers on December 15, also of the year preceding the book’s title. I share the following excerpts not to point out what a great prognosticator I am, but instead to demonstrate exactly how the study of Financial Astrology could have been, and still may be, a very valuable tool for Humankind to both understand and use effectively in either maximizing the benefits of certain cycles, or minimizing their adverse historical themes.
Below are the excerpts from the past 14 years that have accurately identified the period beginning in 2008 as a critical turn for Humankind, especially in the arena of economics and finances. Let it never be said that Financial Astrology is a study for the naïve and misinformed. I am not aware of any other study or scientific discipline that was so accurate in its timing of this economic and financial crisis, so far ahead of time, as this.

Saturn in Virgo, oppositiion to Uranus |
|
Articles
|
|
Saturn in Virgo therefore relates to the growing frustration of those who do the work – the working class, the middle class. They look around and they see that they do all this work. Yet when the business fails, it is they who suffer, not the management that made the decisions that led to the failure. The workers are the ones who lose their jobs or give up benefits. And oftentimes when those in management make these failed decisions, they leave the company and receive huge financial bonuses, known as “Golden Parachutes.” And even while they are there, if the company prospers, it is these decision-makers who also receive huge end-of-year bonuses – at least huge in comparison to the much smaller bonuses given to those who did the hands-on work. It is not that these conditions have not existed forever between management and labor, between the wealthy and the middle class. It is just that now, in the first decade of this new century, the rate of growth and rewards between management and the work force has widened to its largest distortion ever. Unfortunately I did not save the reports on this, but in the past 20 years, the financial growth between those in management has grown at least ten times faster than the rate of growth of those in the working class, in the United States. This is an inequity that is giving rise to the cry that the middle class is not only shrinking, but disappearing altogether. The gap between the “haves” and “have nots” has never been wider in modern times. And it is likely to continue until Saturn gets into the middle of Virgo, and probably even during the period when Saturn ingresses through Libra (late 2008 through 2012).
