Delivery Policy

We ship our products via UPS, or the US Postal Service.  We ship within 48 hours of processing your order.  You will have your purchase within 7 days of your order if shipping address is within the United states, 14 days if international.  If there are any exceptions to this you will be notified. Return and Refund Policy

It is our policy to offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our books and software. In order to obtain a refund you must notify us via email or phone call within the refund period.  All products must be returned in very good condition, completely in tact and in resalable condition.  Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval and will be posted to the account that was used to purchase the item.  We do not allow refunds on any of our subscriptions.  If the subscription you purchased does not suit your needs, we will happily give you a credit for the remainder of your subscription, which you can apply to a book order or another subscription. We will not refund subscriptions under any circumstance.
